Hired this company to unlock my daughter's vehicle. Called them at 10:11 pm. Asked the woman, Keesha, how much it would cost and she said between $55 and $85 so I asked her $85 at the most, correct and she said yes. the tech showed up an hour later with a girl in the vehicle. As soon as he saw my daughter he said would be $125. I called Keesha back and she tried to call him to tell him that was incorrect and he wouldn't answer his phone. He also told his girl "friend" not to answer the phone. At 1:15 AM he finally got the vehicle unlocked but did significant damage to the vehicle and told my daughter if she didn't pay him $125 he was going to lock her keys back in the vehicle.

Keesha finally reached him and he agreed to $85 and I figured I would contact the manager the next morning about the damages as I didn't want a confrontation with this angry man and my daughter in a dark parking lot. The owner, David, offered me $19 for the damage!!! I refused and provided him a written estimate from a body shop of $403 and then he said he had to have pictures. I provided those to him as well (8 of them). The tech broke the rain guard and scratched up the vehicle all the way around the window where this tech clearly didn't know what he was doing.

I reported this company to the BBB and see that they already had an F rating and David flat out lied to the company saying that I accepted $19 offer and then changed my mind. These people are crooks and take advantage of young college students working hard for a living. I only asked for the $85 service call refund and they are so unprofessional that they refused to refund the $85 service call charge when their tech did $403 worth of damage to the vehicle. I feel that request was EXTREMELY reasonable. My daughter worked a week for that $85 and only wanted her money back. That just goes to show just how UN-business-like this company truly is. Stay away from them. According to this owner, he owns more than 10 businesses around the country and he "doesn't have time to deal with people like me that has nothing better to do than file a complaint" - go figure I guess we are just supposed to allow companies like this to damage our vehicles and then not only have to pay to have the damage fixed but PAY FOR THEIR SERVICE TO DAMAGE THE VEHICLE in the first place.

When we unlock vehicles our goal is not to damage the vehcile, unfortunately sometimes it does happen, Just like in any other business. In the past year we have unlocked many vehciles, and only got 2 complaint.  This does not happen often, but if it does, we request photos to be take and sent to our our customer services, which takes some time. The customer told us she doesn't care about the damages, she just want to get her money back. At first she said just refund me the $40.00, then she changed her mind and said $85.00, which is fine.  And so we did, we have refunded her the money back in full a long time ago.
