My computer was down and would not boot up . I tried many things before I found this company online . For a payment of $199.95 they promised to fix my desktop computer and keep it in good shape for 3 months. Using my working laptop , they took remote control of my laptop . They ran some anti virus scans on my laptop and sent me a link that would install a new copy of Windows 7 on my desktop . They sent the wrong Windows --- a 64 bit one when I needed the 32 bit one. I downloaded the one they sent but it would not install . This went on for 3 days. I spent several hours on the phone with them and finally just gave up getting my computer fixed . They have promised to refund my money but so far I have not seen any refund.
