Long Beach Acceptance Corp threats and cashing two checks and refusing to give refund Ripoff Long Angeles California

Long Beach Acceptance threatened to reposses my car because of late payment. I sent payment by Express Mail. Veronca and Gabe in collections informed me that was unacceptable. They demanded a Western Union Money Transfer.

Sent them Money Transfer and requested my check back. Was then told we dont give refunds, you must make a Stop payment order with your bank. Made a stop payment notice with US Bank and bank failed to catch the check and paid it.

Long Beach Acceptance would not refund the banks money. Veronica knew when I told her that I expressed mailed the check, after she got the confirmation that I sent the Money Transfer, she told me LBAC will cash that check anyway. When I protested she said "people dont want to pay"

As a Substance Abuse Counselor I make very little money. I get paid once a month and I have no money for three weeks.
