TLong Beach Acceptance Corp. Last two payments on mycar claimed that it was not paid when I Prove it they then told me they wanted the payoff amount now but will not give me a break down on outlandish ripoff late fees Paramus New Jersey .....

his company have been the most abusive when you are late they would call you at home and at work and would scream obsceniries at you even at work even when you tell them that your phone conversations are taped they will still do it.... I then got to the last two months of my payment and they were paid out by my bank they sent me a letter saying that they did not received the last two payments and add late charges - I got my bank to send the notices showing payments on time - when I sent this to Long Beach they told me that the monies was put on the paid off amount - which is rediculous - they were payments - then told me that I had a pay off of 4,000 and had to be paid right away or they will take your car away from you -

let me tell you I do not know how in the world this company is allowed to exist - but somebody need to put them down - it is like terrorist running this company - loan sharks - they would even call my house nd threaten my eight old daughter - that they will have the cops come and take her mommy away - rediculous things - something have to be done - so if anyone out there know of a way please let us know.
