I wish I'd seen your website before I bought from this website. One of the watches I have ordered is broken and I have contacted them several times via the website for a return address in order for me to get an exchange (they do not offer refunds...) for the broken watch. To no avail and the UK telephone number does not exist and I am not going to waste more money ringing the US line.

Does anyone know of a return address?
