Look Rich For Less Look Conned For More Internet

I purchased a "Rolex" for my Mother for Christmas 2008 on Nov. 26, 2008. About a week before Christmas, I set the watch, round it, and wore it continuously that week. I only removed it at night. I kept noticing that the date was not progressing and the time was off. I just reset it and kept on wearing it thinking it just needed to be "broken in".

I wrapped the watch up Christmas Eve and gave it to my mother Christmas morniing. About 5 days after Christmas, my mother told me the watch was not keeping time. She said she had worn it everyday. I took the watch back and wore it myself continuously for 2 weeks. It still kept stopping.

I contacted the company and described in detail how the watch would not keep time. They emailed me back asking me had I tried winding the watch? What an insult! I have emailed them about 5 times and had only the one reponse. I tried calling the number provided and got some marketing company. I have done everything they suggest on their website to get a RAN to return the watch for an exchange. Here it is April 2009 and I still have the watch that doesn't work!!! How embarassing to give my Mother an inoperable watch for a special Christmas present.

In all my purchases over the internet the past years, this is the worst experience I have ever had. When something sounds too good to be true, it is. You simply can not "Look Rich 4 Less"!!!!!
