Los Angeles Child Support Services LCSA and CSSD L A Child Support Services Thieves Commerce California

My Husband divorce was finalized on October of 1985, he was ordered to pay child support, he child support commence on October 15 1986 with a arrears of $4952.00. A wage garnishment was granted through the court and child support was garnished for 5 years. In 1991, my husband change employer and that company garnished wages this continued on Until 2000 when he youngest child turned eighteen. The original court ordered stated until each child turn eighteen years of age.

In August of 2000, Child Support Service, with out filing any court paper work issued a Child support garnishment on Him, this was after his child had already turned eighteen. My husband knew that he still owned the arrears from 1986 with interest so he did not think of anything he just allowed the garrishment. I was talking to my husband and asked what the deduction was on his check? he said "it was for back child support arrears". what from 2000 to 2016, this is 16 years!

I had him contact the CSSD, and ask for a payment history, we revieved it with-in a week. I found out that my husband since 2000 had paid 67,975 in arrears. We than contacted thier office to find out what can be done to stop the child support garnishment, we were told in writing to go to 600 Commonweath Court to file a motion. I went to that court they didnot even have my husband in thier system, we asked to speak to a supervisor, who than check it herself and could not find any "Order for Child support" she recommended to go back to the original court that issued the order and to contact the State.

We contact the State who blamed Los Angeles County for the problem but they did give us instruction on the next steps to take in this matter. First request an Audit, if we do not agree with thier findings we can ask for a state hearing.

Are they for REAL, any person who went to school can do the math and see that 67,000 has been taken without an order from any Court. They can not even provide us with copies of the Order from the Original court I had to give them a copy.

How is CSSD and LCSA, doing this without a Court order, what excludes them from following the Law?  they think they can just do this to people without any consequences to thier actions and than just want to point fingers instead of taking care of the problem.

We ask for proof of these Payments being processed to the payee and they cant even do that either! I have to file a Motion back to the court serve CSSD And LCSA with a subpoena for thier records so we can sue the correct party to recovey this money.
