The child support is taking money out of my paycheck which i had contract them since the due of change custody which i had told them my kids are not in the hands of the dad but still wants to keep taking money out of my paycheck which i told them the kids havent been in the hand of the dad since 2-18-15 and the child support started on September 15,2015 which is b******* cause i shouldnt be oweing anything to him at all cause the kids was never with him and hes still owes child support to me and the welfare but i have to pay him which its not .im not paying money to someone who doesnt have anything to do with my kids at all and yet he still getting money,food stamps and medical for my kids thru welfare but yet hasnt close the case and still have to be paying him until he close the case which is bull crap he should be in jail doing time for fruad. i cant believe that the government still give him the help and he doesnt even have my kids well way a go child support service f****** rip off

If this is Court Ordered Child Support, you can't just tell them to stop. You must go through the courts and have the courts issue an order to cease the child support. If by chance you have a court order ceasing the support, it is a very simple small claims case to get your money back.
If your child is being taken care of by someone else, the child support may still be valid and the funds could be going to whoever is caring for your child now.
Of course with this complaint one must figure why are you complaning more about the money being taken out rather than the child being taken care of by someone who is not a parent...and I am including YOU. After all the dad according to you is living on food stamps and welfare. Since you are the one with the Child Support order it is unlikey that you are in worse shape.
