I found Louie Rich on facebook. He had several posts of different types of converse that he "made." I was interested in ordering some shoes for my son for his birthday party. I was excited. I contacted him and asked him how long would it take to get the shoes being that my son's birthday party was in a month. He replied stating that there would be a two week turn around time. I trusted him because he communicated with me every step of the way, until I didn't receive my product. I emailed him on the 13th of January and ask him if my order would arrive by the 22nd. He stated that they were wrapping up my order and that it would arrive on time.

On the 20th of January I emailed him again and ask if my order would definitely be here on time considering it was only two days away. He assured me that my delivery date was set for Friday the 22nd. However on that day, I did not receive them. I was so upset and contacted him and ask him for tracking information. He then took my number and said that he would have his supplier contact me. That next day on the 23rd I got a text asking for my information. I called the number and it was a texting app, RED FLAG! This so called supplier verified my info and said that they would take care of it and USPS would send me shipping info shortly.

After that I never heard from them again. I have repeatedly emailed them over and over, tried texting the number back and no response at all. I contacted my bank and there was nothing that they could do since it was a authorized purchase. I am out of my $90 and theres nothing that anyone can do about it! I'm upset, however, lesson learned. Had I read the reviews before I ordered, I would have never ordered from this scam! Please beware DO NOT ORDER from LOUIERICH.com, it is a ripoff. I'm still waiting on my shoes and it is the 8th of February. I've accepted that I've lost $90 but I want everyone else to be aware of this FRAUD!
