LOUIE RICH MADE ME LOUIE BROKE!!!! Internet

 On 12/18/15 I purchased a custom pair of Converse sneakers for a birthday gift for my boyfriend(birthday is late January). I asked if they would get to me on by his birthday and was assured they would! As the date grew closer and closer I shot an email over and was told to give my phone number and he shipping department guy would contact me-which they did and said they would send a tracking number, after a few more text they came to a halt and stopped. No matter how much I text nothing, so then I emailed and was assured a tracking number would be sent and they apologized for the shipping department. Then the same happened with email, no responses, nothing.

I saw they were still posting on Facebook and so I posted under a bunch of pictures, "DO NOT PURCHASE SHOES FROM THAT LOUIE RICH!!!! I SPENT $200 ON SHOES AND NEVER GOT NOR A REFUND AND WHEN I ASKED BOTH BY TEXT AND EMAIL I GOT A "WILL SEND A TRACKING NUMBER" NEVER GOT THAT!! THEN THEY JUST COMPLETELY STOPPED ANSWERING ME!! THEY SCAM YOU AND STEAL YOUR MONEY!! ALL I WANTED WAS SHOES AND WAS WILLING TO WORK WITH THEM!! VERY DISAPPOINTED!! DO NOT BUY FROM THESE SCAM ARTISTS!! AND NOW IM SCREWED BECAUSE I LET THEM TELL ME FOR SO LONG THEY WOULD GET ME A TRACKING NUMBER-

I have text and email chain if you need proof!! Don't do it!!" they were quickly deleted and I was blocked from commenting on their page. I reposted a picture and that on my page and a friend found a similar situation posted on here so I am following up here with my experience!! Hopefully something is done and no more people lose out! I also sent that message to people who I saw asking for pricing and custom shoes so they don't order and lose out just as I did! Any help or information on if there is something going on or any help getting my money back would be greatly appreciated!! I also ordered through PayPal if that helps? My email is SHobart4@me.com TIA
