Don't ever go there, they will rip you off for your money. They have no return policy. After you buy the bag you end up with used, damaged, Brocken items. Don't ever go to the Louis Vuitton store in San Francisco Geary st. They are selling you returned, damaged or floor samples without even mentioning about that.

I have purchased a bag on 12/31/07. The store was busy. They gave me the bag I liked and the bag was going hand to hand between most of the customers who were interested init. I bought the bag, because they told me "we have only 2 left. If any thing wrongs you can come and return within 14 days or 30 days to exchange.

When I came home, I saw the bag was scratched in the brass locket. I called the sales girl (HAZEL) RIGHT A WAY. No one called me back. I left so many massages to let her know that I need to exchange. I paid $3780 for a damaged bag.

Finally went I when to change she told me that she never got my phone calls. Which is wrong. I have phone records to prove, that I called. Their service is ok, when they sell and not when returning or taking care of the clients after. They have the most poor customer service I ever experienced.

When I was there, they refused to exchange the bag or return my money. They said, they have to sell it back, and if it's have a scratch they can't take it back. I told them that was the same reason that I wanted to change. There was another customer arguing about the same thing, They had a bag from the floor display, saying it was brand new.

I got their phone # and left. Later they told me, Louis vuitton shop has changed their bag, because they showed them another bag and that one was scratched too. These people are soooo much ripping off their customers. I don't think their service or the bag worth $5 bucks.
Worthless bag.

All businesses will get complaints, but how those businesses handle those complaints separates good business from bad business. Louis Vuitton Company is the worst I have ever experienced. Specially the one in San Francisco. They will sell you used or damaged bags and soon as they get paid, they are done with the customer.
They dont even respond to the BBB. I will contact media soon, consumers should no what they paying and what kind of service they are getting.
