Low Pay, Inc Withdraw money from my account several times without clear explanation Los Angeles California

O.K i subscribved earlier in september i guess and they took like 150 dollars just for activation fee.
After 1 month i was surprized with another withdrawal of 120 dollars and i called them and they said its for the next year subscription. so am now subscribed for 2 years, they did not even tell me about the 2nd withdrawal, i just found it on my bank account statament
just 3 days ago. they sent me a statment with a balance of 120 dollars and 25 dolars due for the november 1st,,i called them and they said thats its not their company that charged,uits a different one, although i read my account number on there for him and the phone neumber and the address and the agreement and then he just told me to call somebody else. i asked to cancel my seubscripsion so he gave me confirmation number and hanged the phone one me
