Lowermybills.com these are spammers,they have a new twist to spamming you.They place their spam on your speakers on your computer then if you have your speakers you either have to turn them off or listen to their crap. Santa Monica California

And use their email address for confirmation. They will get thousands of confirmation emails, and will be added to opt in lists!

As far as the audio file getting on your computer, that was an executable program you picked up.

Get a good adware/spyware program and run it, and a good antivirus program and run it. keep these programs updated.

Then go to your add and remove programs section of your control panel and look for suspicious files.

Also set the security settings on your computer to block pop ups. Windows has this feature.
