i've been in business for 25 years and bought mortgage leads from many companies.  I suggest you stay away from lowermybills.com, victor covello, vince lewis and tommy seski.  If you do a simple google search, you will find many unhappy customers.  They bait and switch you into giving all your information...including social security numbers.  Then you will get bombarded by tons of mortgage companies, like myself trying to do legitimate business.  problem is, if you want a reverse mortgage, if your home dont qualify, or you dont have enough equity, they will still sell you to tons of different mortgage companies where they charge anywhere up to $29 for your information.

On my end, managing a mortgage company, we rely on our lead source to get us good business.  Vic Covello will solicit you and tell you everything you want to hear.  Then, when you sign on, they charge the mortgage companies credit card up to 29. everytime someone goes on line looking for a mortgage.  So, the calls come in by the ton.  The homeowners name address and social security is attached to the lead.  Then the homeowner will proceed to get tons of calls from all different mortgage companies, regardless of the type of mortgage they are looking for.  Many of these homeowners wont qualify, but will proceed to get hounded by mortgage companies.

As for my complaint... Now our mortgage company is in trouble.  Not only do we have to pay up to $29.00 per lead, however we are burning hundreds and thousands of dollars for people who want nothing to do with us.  either they dont want our reverse mortgage, they have no equity, or their house doesnt qualify for whatever reason.  After spending time calling these homeowners and trying to qualify, i found this to be a horrible service that this company offers.  Then, you get to deal with Tommy Seski.  he says he will try to fix the problem, however days go by anf you burn more money.  Finally, when you have enough, you cancel the campaign ....Only to find you have a 5,000 termination expense.!!!!

i really suggest you stay away from lowermybills.com   and Core Digital media. DO NOT SIGN UP AND PURCHASE LEADS FROM THEM.  They have to agree that everything im saying here is the truth.   There is no quality control.  Between Victor Covello, Tommy seski, Vince lewis and their collection agency, you cant win.
