 Lied to me on multiple occassions!!!  Told me my item would ship three different times, but it never was shipped to me.  When I contacted them, they were rude and insulting.  I told them I was on hold for over 15 minutes, before being disconnected and they told me that was not true????  I called "Max" at the same time I was on their Live Chat and told him I was on hold right now and he told me that was not true!!!!  Who does that to a customer???? 

They just told me whatever they thought I wanted to hear.  I would call and ask if my order had shipped and they would say it will ship that day, then it never shipped.  They were incapable of getting my payment to clear, after over 10 days of trying!!!  I never heard of any company that did not know how to get a payment to clear!!! 

When I tried to contact them through their Live Chat, Max would continually hang up on me or refuse my chat request.  When I called, I was also put on hold for over 15 minutes, then I was disconnected.  After over two weeks of their insults, and rudeness, I finally cancelled my order.  I have never had to deal with a company that offered such horrible customer service!!!  I never knew that such a horrible company existed today!!!  Stay away from this place!!!!  They will be rude and insulting to you, if you ever have to contact them!!!
