LP Cosmetics left me disfigured vienna, Virginia

This office was completely unprofessional and the procedure I got done literally left me disfigured. Please DO NOT go to Laser Perfect- Gil Segev, MD for any laser or lipo procedures.

The sale staff (aka...none licensed-nurses) in the office were very pushy for me to buy any type of procedure.  I found this company online, their website did NOT have anywhere where I could find the information for the doctor. I found this very odd, because I like to do research about who I would be seeing before I go to an appointment. They did not seem concerned about their patients whatsoever.  The first time I called, I spoke with Elisa, she asked me if I wanted to come in and just "get it done the next day " without seeing the office or having a consultation prior the procedure with the doctor or nurse.  On my consultation day, which
I had thought I had made with the doctor, I was taken to a back room in the office to speak with one of the sale staff.  I asked her if she was a nurse and she informed me that she was not a nurse but a loan officer now working at Laser Perfect.  I was very surprised that I was not meeting the doctor prior to the procedure.  His assistant who did not seem very knowledge asked me what areas I wanted to get done, without looking at me twice or even giving me a physical of what I wanted, only gave the total cost for the procedure and asked for a deposit. I felt very rushed and it seemed that all they care about was their bottom line, MONEY.  I asked her for a copy of the contract and all the documents that I singed but she gave me the run around and never provided copies to anything I singed. Instead, I was emailed and was given a copy of the receipt. I was never contacted prior to the procedure, my prescription which should have been called in to my pharmacy prior to the procedure by the staff was never sent.   I had
to call them to remind them to do so.

The day of the procedure was the first time I met doctor Gil Segev, his assistant was not a licensed nurse. I was told I would get the
laser lipo procedure, which is what I paid for, but I never saw the laser. The light was turned off temporarily for about 2 minutes where
I saw a flash of light. I was in soo much pain, and discomfort  they had to giving me more Novocaine.  I was feeling like I was going to
pass out, which is the reason I was unable to ask about the "laser lipo machine". I  was never given goggles to wear on my eyes and from what I know they should have give me goggles to wear as they are using this machine.  THIS IS A SCAM!!!

 After the surgery, two of my incisions did not close, one became infected, all which I addressed to the doctor because I was very
concerned.  Those incisions took over 2 weeks to close and that left me discolored skin, a dime size scared and  a hole.

I had my saddle bags, lower stomach and love handles done, my results are horrible.  I look disfigured, my legs are dimpled, uneven and are completely shaped differently from one another.  For some unknown reason to me, as he did my thighs, he sucked an area near my butt cheek.  Now my left butt cheek is different shaped from the right side and is lumpy, and there is a hole of the side of my thigh and upper butt area.  This is extremely noticeable through my pants.  My abdomen area is also uneven, the lower  right part of my abdomen looks completely untouched,  and the center part and sides were over lipo, this left my skin hanging lose.  They are lumps and dimples everywhere on my abdomen. The area where he did my love handles looks like I was in a factory accident, like if I was missing muscle from both sides.

The end result after my surgery was that I left with a Frankenstein body.   This has been soo devastating to me, I no longer have any
mirrors in my house or want to see myself naked anymore.  It has affected my personal relationships and has caused much grief.  I'm
currently interviewed other plastic surgeons for revision surgery because there is no way I'm going to let Dr. Gil Segev touch me
again!!!     PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE do not go to him and be left disfigured like I did.
