I ordered a pair of boots from this company in May 2008.
The took the 50.00 from my bank immediately. After a couple of weeks I had still not recieved anything so I chased the delivery. Was then emailed to track the order online. I then found out that they did not have the boots in stock and were going th refund my 50.

It is now Oct 08 and I still had no refund. I have spoken to their "call centre" six times and sent letters, and still got no where.

To top it off i also ordered a t shirt at the same time, which eventually turned up some weeks later, but it was not the t shirt I had ordered! Having no faith in the company at all I thought it was less trouble to keep it!
