Midwest Center contacted me end Feb. 2010 and offered me free trail of the Lucinda Bassett Programme, for stree and anxiety.  Agreed to try programme for 2 weeks for the amount of $5.30.

Programme arrived on March 15th.  Listened to some of the programme and found it rediculus and not at all helpful.  Decided to return it on Monday 22nd. March, exactly one week after receiving it.  Called on Wed. 24th. March, to let them know that I had returned the programme.  I was informed that they had taken amount of approx. $49.00 from my credit card.  I asked would it be refunded and was told yes, but to call again in a week, as they needed to check if the programme had arrived.

Called Thursday 1st. April, and was informed that the amount would not be returned, even though they had been able to track the package, and knew it had been returned, they informed me that I had sent it back incorrecty! Whatever that means!

I did call my credit card co. and now it is in dispute, and it may or may not be refunded, depending on their findings. 

Beware of this company.
