Hi my name is Cenica Williams IM not going to be long but very brief..

My Grandfather died and left me money he had saved from working hard years at Steel Coal Factory

in the Midwest of Gary ind. May 7Th I bought a 2004 BMW for 17,000.00 cash ..Before i purchased the

veichle, I was lied to by a salesman about the price, upon entering the establishment, due to my first time buying

from a high end dealership I was never told the right procedure but rushed in a room while my assistants sat outside

and my money counted , due to having majority of it in cash. After that they rushed me in signing papers to the car without

letting me test drive the car, i waited a hour then the salesman finally comes up with the keys, he said they were lost.

I drive back to Hammond Indiana where im from half way there the car start smoking the lights started blinking off and on,

I called the Dealership back and the Receptionist told me it was nothing they can do, later the Head Ceo called me and

Threaten to Do what ever he have to do, if i came back out there to get my money, and cursed me out while his secretary

listened, made me believe he always do people like that and she nos, well so on i took the 2004BMW i paid 17,000.00

for, to the BMW Dealership, just to get car runinig a little decent it cost me 7500.00 and estimated another 10,000.00

for more serious Repairs, moral of the story I was taking advantage of by some slick con artists who preys on the First Timers

I would not prefer any or nobody there, The CEO was very violent and disrespectful and i will be filling a Lawsuit

and i no there will be many after me, The truth of this Company will be Revealed.

“I was lied to by a salesman about the price”

Did you read the bill of sale? Did you negotiate a price or just agree to pay whatever they asked for?

“After that they rushed me in signing papers to the car without

letting me test drive the car”

That was a big red flag. You agreed to purchase the car without a test drive. Foolish.

“i will be filling a Lawsuit”

Did they violate the terms of the written warranty or did you sign an AS-IS purchase agreement?
