I purchased a 2008 Audi S5 about two months ago , biggest mistake I ever made my life buying a car from these people ! First and foremost I was charged for vin etching it was never done on my automobile. I have a written receipt from their financing manager Alan on 6/29/15 to refund my money $275.They have yet to do it and it's been over five weeks now! my personal opinion it's a scam I want to know how many vehicles rolled out of there that were charged and not have the service done !?....when I purchased this car it had all kinds of dents and issues with automobile that they agreed to fix that I have in writing. They kept my car for an additional week after I bought it, claiming that the repairs were done . They had a paint list dent removal company come out and drill large half-inch holes into my body panels to pop out dents and it still looks horrible . I was sold send Tenniel warranty that was sold to me has a bumper to bumper warranty , that's a joke ! first off when you purchase this warranty it's not even effective for 35 days Read your contract !!!!!! Second off I went to have some issues fixed with the car it had 2 lower control arms that are bad , an engine mount that is bad . I was told by the warranty company that these are maintenance items that's bull**** , I paid 2800 dollars for the warranty and it covers nothing , The only thing the warranty covers is if the motor is a major breakdown from oil failure it's a joke do not purchase at the dealer is making tons of money off of these junk warranties to do nothing for you , it's another scam! Watch the financing manager when you're doing your contract he sneak stuff in it doesn't tell you nothing ! I wrote a bad review on the Better Business Bureau , about this shady car dealer And the auction POS that I was sold ! I would not like their service department touch anything on any of my cars there unqualified nobodies!!! Just a update as of 8-13-15 I was told my warranty money would be refunded to the finance company it has not been as of yet I canceled the contract on 6/29/15, I have a receipt from the financing manager and on I have a receipt from the finance manager Alan to refund 275 .00 for vin exiting that I never asked for and to top it off it was never done ..... When you go to buy a vehicle from here these people they act like they're your best friend but soon as you sign the financing contract they don't give two s&$ts about you! They go through more employees then automobiles ..... Do your self a favor stay away ......
