Lucky Vitamin Rip Off! Sells melted chocolate! DO NOT ORDER! Internet

My father ordered me expensive organic chocolate from Lucky Vitamin. They mail out chocolate that has clearly been melted to liquid, and is damaged. When I call for refund, they insist I pay to ship back, claiming they offer to charge more for a cold back and that option was not picked. I could not find the option when I tried to check out. I see their warning - but they do not make it clear how you pay for the cold pack. IF they know what they are sending out is not possible to send without arriving damaged, then they should be responsible for replacement! I called repeatedly and was told, TOO BAD. I asked to speak to a supervisor and was put on hold for 20 minutes only to be given a generic voicemail.  They have no customer service and obviously do not care how they treat customers! And are willing to sell a products they know will be unusable. DO NOT BUY FROM LUCKY VITAMINS
