These people are in the ACH/eCheck business located in Oceanside, CA. Ron Hill is business development manager and Luke D'angelo is their CEO.
Problems started immediately after we stated processing checks with them for our e-commerce website. They held a reserve and promised to pay us back that reserve once the 6 months were up. That date was in June. It is now September. I have called them repeatadly and evertime I get the same answer: next week. Promise after promise. All they know how to do is break promises. (Google their names. They have multiple complaints.) And they always seem to have an excuse - IT problems, customer problems, etc. They even claimed to be changing banks and NO PAYOUTS were taking place.
After that, we received an email saying they couldnt make full payout but only partial payouts. Again, they have yet to deliver on payments. It is my suspicion this company never had ANY intention of paying anything.
This company and its CEO Luke D'angelo are rotten.
