I thought I was ordering free samples and just had to pay for shipping and handling which they took at the time. Then they took 200. 00 from my bank account 3 weeks later. So very very bad advertising. I am living from pay to pay so this set me back as three checks for my life insurance and loan payments bounced and so it cost me a total of 300.00 for a serum and cream that are not worth anything.
