Luster age-defying cream They "understand” how I feel but don’t do anything about it. San Diego California

Like many others, I signed up for a free sample.  I received the samples, but a month later, I received more products - with two $90.+ charges on my credit card.  I called to cancel, not wanting a subscription at all, and they said they cancelled it.  I did not fight the charges that time - it was my mistake for signing up for anything online!  But now I got another mailed product and bill despite my previous conversation with them a month or more ago.  

Called again.  Told I was listed as active.  “Ok,” I say.  “But it’s your mistake and I do not want to pay for it.”  She kept saying that she understood and that I would not receive any further products or bills.  But I kept saying that I did not intend to pay this one either.  She said she understood,  offered to take 50% off.  No,I replied.  I cancelled!  

I am guessing the charge will be there next month.  

By the way, the product comes with no real identifiers and certainly no information on how to contact The company. The website’s “contact us” button did not work.  Clearly they don’t want to be contacted.
