Luster EYE luminaeye pearlinique charbed for the 'sample' at shipping charges only on December 15, then On January 2 charged me AGAIN for more producet that i didn't authorize or want or receive!

responded to an ad that offered Luster eye serum and face cream for shipping only charges, the product was received and billed on 12-15-17, then on January 2, 2018 i was again billed by the same to companies (named 8552002586luminaeye and pearlnique beauty on my bank statement) for additional 92.97 and 92.99 respectively. 

I called the 8552002586 number in front of the luminaye charge and spoke with customer service that seemed ill prepared to assist. I told him i would be contacting my bank and reporting fraudulant charges to which he replied i could do but would not receive help from the customer service in that case. After much ado he found my 'account' and said someone would contact me in 24 hours.

I did contact the bank to report unauthorized charges but will have to wait for their investigation to determined if my funds will be returned.
