Lustine Toyota Dodge intending to ripoff my trade-in vehicle while committing Fraud, the salesman altered my credit application to be sure he could do me a fraud deal, Giddings forced me to put him on trial for fraud and he lost. I can say this Woodbridge Virginia

I went to Lustine Toyota Dodge on May 17, 2005 in response to a mail invitation to try to win $3,000.00 if my number matched. While I was there I wanted information on what kind of truck they may have that would tow a 15,500 lbs backhoe and a trailer. Carmen Imperato aka "Butch" of unknown whereabouts and John Rendo, formerly of Manassas virginia were involved in this Fraud. John was told by Butch to take me on a test drive of a Dodge 3500 Ram Truck that he said could tow my Backhoe. During the test drive John and I had some doubts. John ground the gears while I was driving, because he said it could shift to 4wd on the fly. I told him to tell Butch I did not want that truck.

When we got back to Lustine, Butch took him outside and when they came back inside John would not say anything to contradict Butch from that point on. I had the owners manual of the backhoe with me. I would not be able to afford this truck unless it could be used to make money on the side, with my backhoe. I am a pizza Delivery man.

Butch repeatedly insisted that the truck could be used to tow my backhoe and a trailer, that he said he would sell me, later. I did not have a Trailer or a business, yet. I still don't.

I signed all the papers Butch put in front of me, upon his insistence. I was late for work delivering Pizzas. I traded in my good car: A 2000 pontiac Grand Am. I drove the truck home and got into my pizza car, worked the evening shift. When I got home I read the Truck's owners manual. I did not understand the numbers in the towing capacity charts, so I returned the following day. Again, Butch insisted The truck could safely tow what I wanted to tow. I went home and got a friend to go with me the next day. Butch said I had to come again the next day, when Jim Giddings would be there on Monday. On Monday I had 2 friends with me at the meeting with Mr.Giddings. He said he would not take the truck back without going to court. I asked him what if I were to tow all the backhoe with that truck and lost controll and killed someone or myself or both. Mr.Giddins said it was not his problem.

When the day in court came, he called me a liar, that he never said that. My lawyer brought in only one of the 2 friends I had who are witnesses to mr.Giddings stating that it was not his problem and that I had to go to court.

John Rendo had said he was on my side, while he was still employed at Lustine, but he could not talk to me anymore, because of his job, but if I had a lawyer and went to court, he would talk to my lawyer. When that time came he ran from the process server trying to serve him a subpoena on one attempt and refused to come to the door at his parents residence on another attempt.
On December 14, 2005 a Virginia Jury found that Lustine Toyota Dodge commit constructive fraud. The jury did not have time to weigh any more evidence, because the trial dragged on because of one of Lustine's 2 lawyers Objected so many times, and the jury had to leave the room and return every time. 2 of the jurors could not return for a 3rd day.

The Judge did not allow me to recover my legal expenses which are approximately $40,000.00

So I considered making a web site to publish the case and accept donations for legal expenses. I looked on E-bay for some macromedia software. I found a seller offering a huge discount. It was SRpublications, the same guy who would later be charged with the murder of his wife Rachel Entwistle and his infant daughter Lillian. I was the first person to leave negative feedback for srpublications, causing the other scammed buyers to do the same. Rita Cosby Show contacted me and I was a guest on her show representing the people scammed by Neil Entwistle, before he was arrested. Now the Reporters contine to contact me, every so-often, and I continue to say that I would not have become involved with the Entwistle Scam were it not for the Lustine scam and maybe the other buyers who were scammed by Mr.Entwistle would have waited 30 days before putting up negative feedback, and matbe rachel may have found out what Neil was doing some other way and got away from Neil instead.

I will hush this part of the Entwistle story if Lustine will Take care of my Legal Bill.
