Lux Style International I viewed a product Quickmax like a previous customer, I didnt order the item, however I was sent the item I contacted them and informed them I didnt order the item and wanted to return it, they told me I had to pay for p&p which was more than the product was worth so I returned it marked return to sender in Nov 2016, I have recieved 2 demands off them for the money, I told them I returned the item. I viewed this item on facebook, I didnt order it because I didnt give any payment information, normally when you order something like this you have to pay shipping and handling. I received it in the mail so I contacted them straight away via email as there isnt a telephone number available anywhere. They informed me I did order it and it if I wanted to return it I had to pay shipping and handling charges or I could return it to the sender. I made enquiries about sending it back with proof of return however this was more expensive than the charge of the item. I therefore decided to send it back return to sender on 10th November 2016. I have since received 2 letters with late charges and threatening me with legal action. I have contacted them again and they are saying they havent received the item.
