Luxe Derme I ordered a Free Trial advertised on Facebook with only $4.95 shipping. However I was charged with $89.97 and $79.95 right away.

I called this company to request for refund because the product does not work and the cream is watery.  They said they don't give refund on opened products.  Then the girls said "I'm sorry we can not help you" and she hanged up on me.  When I called again the guy apologized and in short, offered me a FREE set so I can try them again and see if it works.  I was surprised that I was charged $99.99 on my bank without even receiving anything. 

When I called, the girl said "I'm sorry we can't help you" and she hanged up on me.  So I called again and the guy said there's 2 options, "we can refund you 35% right away while waiting for the product and you don't have to return it when you receive it or wait till the product comes and send it back for a larger refund".  I just took the 35% and cancelled the account.  It is a hassle to keep calling them.  I don't mind paying if the product works but this one doesn't work for that price. The cream was watery.   It's a rip off.  BEWARE.  DON'T EVEN TRY THEIR FREE OFFER OF LUXE DERME.
