Like many other people i have the same situation. They use Australian Debt collector to threaten me and the debt collectors have sent me an email demanding for the payment in 7 days, otherwise they will take legal action and damage my credit file. Look, calm down and be smart. We know it's a scam and should be shut down. Legally there is not transaction or agreement between buyers and sellers. If you don't have such agreement or contract, how do you determine the obligation to pay for the good. They send out the product that we did not ask for. It's not our business and do not worry about it. If the debt collector contact you, please be firm and tell them that we will start with the local police first to investigate the relationship between Lux Style and the debt collector. because they are representing for an unethical company/ scam, there is no way they are a legit debt collector. You do not wish them to contact you and threaten you. Just shoot them an email that you have filed a report to Australian consumer and commission as well as debt collector licence to suspend their licence. It costs us nothing to make a dispute because the cost is on them. Do not waste your time if they don't listen to you. Just get the police and ACCC involved to solve your problem and move on. The debt collector in my case is quite ethical and closed the case straight away after 1 phone call. They know that they cannot scare people and that it is not worth the risk for few bucks to lose their licence and reputation. 

Anyway, I have reported Luxstyle on econsumer.gov. You should check austdebt because they are not legit. You must report them to stop them listing default on your credit file. It is free to make a dispute so do not be scared.
