Luxury Spas Inc. AX-608 Steam Shower with Jetted Tub Lorain Ohio

We purchased an AX-608 steam shower and jetted tub from Luxury Spas Inc. It was delivered and uncrated about a week after it was delivered. This unit was installed, buy a contractor while we were on vacation. Upon our return, about 1 month and a half, we discovered that the drain cap and drain knob does not work. The jet flow can not be adjusted and some of the dome light do not work. After innumerable phone calls and e-mails to Luxury Spas, these issues have not been resolved. The 877-721-7727 phone number has a recording saying it has been disconnected. I contacted the local phone number, 440-282-1980, and threatened legal action this am. I am so sad and dissapointed inregards to the lack of response and honest costomer service from Luxury Spas. The tub shower price was $1995.00 and the install was $2350.00. I pray that someone at this company is honest enough to make this right.
