I have an incredible story of CONSUMER CAR FRAUD and have learned all others have been fired from M & D Auto Sales due to lack of better business practices in Auto sales while ripping the consumers off!

I purchased my vehicle in April of 2006 while Tony (Manger) and David Haynes (Sales) ran M & D Auto Sales in Lakeland Florida. I have also since learned I have been lied to about all repairs that were to be fixed were never fixed at all and that there is others that are extremely upset or have experienced such Auto fraud.

I need others to join in my quest to seek justice; I am also currently and actively seeking and filing complaints with the Better Business Bureau, States Attorney Offices, Investigative News Offices, DMV Complaint Affidavit, and am seeking additional legal advice to peruse and sue for consumer fraud.

I have a lot more to this and will be posting soon!

M&D Auto Sales Mr. Steven , Manager M&D sold me a $20,000 truck with a warranty with Superior Potection Plan. The truck broke down out of state in Mississippi. The warranty company cancel the insurance and will not pay for getting the truck fixed because the tires are too large for the truck. When I purchase the truck from M&D the tires was on the truck. It's going on two months and my truck has not been fixed. The warranty company stated M&D should not have sold a warranty on the truck. I requested M&D buy the truck back. M&D failed to buy back the truck. Than, I requested they fixed the truck. It was stated they were going to try to get the truck fixed. To this date my truck is still broke down in Jackson Mississippi. I was sold a $20,000.00 lemon. Little Rock Arkansas
