M&D Auto Sales Mr. Steven , Manager M&D sold me a $20,000 truck with a warranty with Superior Potection Plan. The truck broke down out of state in Mississippi. The warranty company cancel the insurance and will not pay for getting the truck fixed because the tires are too large for the truck. When I purchase the truck from M&D the tires was on the truck. It's going on two months and my truck has not been fixed. The warranty company stated M&D should not have sold a warranty on the truck. I requested M&D buy the truck back. M&D failed to buy back the truck. Than, I requested they fixed the truck. It was stated they were going to try to get the truck fixed. To this date my truck is still broke down in Jackson Mississippi. I was sold a $20,000.00 lemon. Little Rock Arkansas

A $20,000 rip off. I was sold a truck for $20,000 from M&D Auto Sales at 5200 S. University Ave. Little Rock, Arkansas 72209. The truck was sold with a warranty with superior protection plan. My truck broke down in Jackson, Mississippi. The warranty company refused to pay to have my truck fixed and cancelled the warranty due to the tires on the truck being too large. When I purchase the truck, the large tires was on the truck. I requested that M&D buy the truck back. This was not done. I than requested M&D fixed the truck. I was told by Mr. Steven, Manager of M&D that they were checking into trying to get my truck fixed. It's been almost two months and my truck remains broke down in Jackson, Mississippi.  I was sold a $20,000 lemon. I need help with M&D to pay for getting my tuck fixed. Car companies shouldn't be allowed to rip poor people off like this.  My lawyer stated I have a good case. However, at the present time, I can't afford my lawyer fee. This is bad business that I have reported to the Attorney General office.
