 I worked for M4 roofing for almost 2 years, the owner Kevin Trizna pushes sales and then comes up with excuses to not pay his sales staff. Im one of sever salesmen that worked for him that he couldn't pay because he didn't have the money. He hires illegal immigrants to complete his jobs and also doesn't pay them, in the time I worked there pretty much the entire sales and management staff quit for thesaurus reason, they weren't getting paid. He tells his sales staff that he can't pay commissions because he has to pay his suppliers amor they can't order jobs anymore, then takes a trip to Cabo and according to his daughter buys everyone on the beach a shot or drink. He is running a complete Ponzi scheme taking money from one job and paying for the next. I was also witness to an asbestos job that was handled incorrectly to increase profit margins not accounting for the safety of his unlicensed Craigslist subcontractors. He also runs a charity that he requires all salesmen to contribute a portion of their commission to fund and takes all the credit. They go from city to city trying to get contracts on insurance jobs and then leave as soon as they collect full payment. I opened 2 offices in Wyoming that are no longer in business and 2 in South Dakota. If you're a salesman steer clear, if you're a homeowner and they try to get your business I hope you don't plan on working with a company that is going to be around to service their warranty. They are the definition of a storm chasing company.
