BEWARE! I did not receive my last paycheck of $1600. Instead they tried to say I owe them $1400. I was hired as a manager then told not to hire black people by owner.(I had already hired an African American ) Owner can't keep good sales people they keep quitting( waiting for one sales rep to get out of jail etc.) I and another rep tried to get owner to improve his cust. service and resolve negative Yelp reviews. He showed minimal interest at best. Owner is asking customers to write positive reviews even though that is against Yelp policy. He either doesn't care enough to read the Yelp policy or simply ignored it. I have encountered other people who also did not get paid by M4/Owner. Owner took deductions(from a gift) from my check even though I said not to. Company truck that I was provided sounds like the engine is going to blow,has hay and filth all over and has expired tags. M4s rep in charge of the truck contacted me and stated the truck shouldn't have even been given to me it was not in good mechanical condition and he didn't want it breaking down on the side of the road.

Moments later I received a call from the Englewood Police Department they left a voicemail which I still have stating that M4 was attempting to report the truck as stolen even though it wasn't scheduled to be returned until 3 p.m. today 6-8-18. company reps stood up my customers on more than 6 occasion's in just a few weeks. Technically I was a subcontractor however to my understanding Colorado law does not allow canvassing managers or canvassers to be subs. I am reporting this accordingly. This is all undue stress and a cognitive manipulative attack's in my opinion from the owner to myself. Kevin/Owner told me a few days ago and I quote if you piss me off you will never get your money end quote.

I have an automatic recording app on my phone and I recorded him .Everything that I'm stating I have emails and or screenshots to backup I have kept very accurate records. I absolutely can not and will not recommended this company. Contrary to the horror stories about roofing companies I have never actually been ripped off before definitely not for $1,600 that's a tremendous amount of money to myself and my family. That's my hard earned money it's hot outside I got no AC in my truck and my office at M4 has no AC either it was very hot they should be ashamed of themselves for not paying me my money it was a horrible experience .All variables taking into consideration this has been comparable to a very bad nightmare. In summary from my experience the did not take care of their people or their customers very well at all. BEWARE!
