Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting Maaco Paint Scam St. Petersburg  Florida

We recently had a 2008 Honda Ridgeline restored at the Maaco Collision Repair & Auto Painting location to fix a truck that came from up north with hail damage. I have been in the vehicle restoration business for over 20 years and have never received service from any shop like this before. When I first arrived and spoke with the owner or manager named Juan I said there seems to be something in the paint and was is finished right as there were signs of something in the paint and he said I would have to detail the car myself as there were paid to detail the truck. The car was parked under a tree and had green stuff all over it that prevented me from doing a good inspection. The truck showed a dent in the new hood, waves in the body work and wasn't finished properly, over spray all over the truck. This is a big issue for me personally as the truck will cost additional money to fix it right.  I will be taking this car to small claims court if it's not fixed as soon as possible. We are going to document all damaged found on the car by an independent auto body show for disclosure in court. we will fix the work correctly to try and sell the truck. When I asked about the quality of the job the owner-manager Juan said what did you expect to get for 2,650.00 that's alot of money and we generally pay about 1500 for the same work but of better quality stay away from this location as they do not know what they are doing and have horrible customer service and at extremely rude
