Mac tools Valdez tool and equipment Steals, lies, repo, backstabbing, Burleson Texas

Mac tools aka Valdez tool and equipment came to my shop starting in February 2014. I purchased a 12v max dewLt impact driver from him along with a 1/4 bit set.  Total was $350.  Paid him $50 every 2 weeks as agreed. Back in April I bought a sledgehammer and air chuck. Again agreed $50 every 2 weeks. He had my debit card on file. He came in on Tuesdays. Ran my card on Friday no receipt. Last monday on 7/28/2014 he showed up went to my box took the bits the hammer air chuck $111 in petty cash ratchet wrenches that we're bought and paid for from a pawn shop in Oklahoma and my co workers dewLt.  I always kept my dewLt in my truck. I got no phone call no contact nothing. I called him. Number out of service. Called mac.  I'm not behind on my payments. I told them everything that happened. They said to inform the district manager.  Few hours latter I get a call from the district manager. Greg Paterson. First thing out of his mouth is how dare I call and report one of his drivers for theft.  I said how dare I not file charges.  He said on what.  I said unauthorized repo, theft of money, and theft of tools.  He said if I want the stuff back then I need to mail him money. I said show me where I'm behind on payments.  He said, " your not behind". I in return asked to meet him at sherifs office to provide him a receipt for the wreniches I bought in Oklahoma. He said no send us money.  I said why they are not your wrenches. He said collateral. Long story short is he threatened me and cussed me like a dog.  I called mac back and waiting on regional manager to call me. I will be filing charges after.  Valdez tool you will go down.  I promise.
