On Jan 20,2105 I contacted Mach1 to order a "chute tunnel". I paid that same day the amount of 304.95.
Over the next several months, I had great difficulty in contacting Mach1. When i did they had excuses for why
the chute was not ready but promised it would be ready soon.
After months of these excuses I finally started asking for a refund of my money. Many email promises were made to refund my money but never fulfilled.
The latest is MACH1 suggested i try to get the money from paypal even though its been 8 months and I paid using my bank account.
MACH1 is one of the MOST unethical businesses I have ever dealt with.
