Machine Zone Mz Glitches Internet

 Glitches in their system that make us loose as a customer speedups , gold , troops and resources. It costs me $138.61 Australian dollars everytime I buy 1 pack from mz to build up my stronghold. This happened 9 days ago and all I got in reply from them is that to uninstal the game GoW and then reinstall it and everything will be fine but nothing happenes , it is still the same , no troops , all my troops dissappeared in a few hours off training them , this is one off the emails that I sent to them ............. Hi again , I would like to know what is going on with my missing troops . It has been over 7 days now and still nothing has been done about replacing my missing troops. Mz is accountable for their product. Mz is accountable for glitches in their product. It costs Mz nothing to compensate people as they are giving out virtual things that do not exist in real life, whereas people who experience the glitches are losing completely real things: a lot of money. That being said, by not offering full compensation to their glitches, they are in effect making money from people that buy the packs. If you cannot help me then put my to someone else who can . This is what I actually lost ......... ALL Troops ....... T1 - just over 2 million off each - total , just over 20 million T2 - just over 4 million off each - total , just over 40 million T3 - just over 6 million off each - total , just over 42 million T4 - just over 7 million off each - total , just over 49 million Grand total troops lost in your glitch ....... 151 million troops Also I do not have t3 and t4 wild troops yet cause I have not researched them yet , but i have everything else unlocked , that is why t3 and t4 are close in numbers. Now , in order to retrain them all again for every 56,400 troops it will take me ....... T1 - 4 days T2 - 8 days T3 - 16 days T4 -- 32 days Now you work that out for all 151 million troops and convert that in days and then work out how many speedups it will take to do that . I have bought alot off packs to get that many and i have used alot off rss and time consuming aswell. Also for my inconvenience , I would like to be compensated for the drama , frustration and also being upset for all I have built up then suddenly loosing it all in 1 second. But I would like to pick my compensation that you might offer me . Just let me reiterate that Mz is not losing money by compensating or replacing my troops , just simply taking responsibility. And again, if you can't help me, I understand, but I would like to speak to someone who can.
