macLEDS A company of thieves Rochester New York

I found macLEDS on the web and liked the product. The founder of the company was depicted as a young woman working to make her company into something. I ordered product in July of 2014 but was not in a rush (lights for under kitchen cabinets which had yet to be installed). The company charged my Visa for $350 US. The company never contacted me concerning the product so after a month or so I emailed them in August. Then again in October. Then a few more times in October.

The responses I received consisted of two emails sent the same day from Kimberly Nash, the proprietor. One said, "Your bank debited that from our account a month ago." which was an outright lie and the other said, "Let me check with Accounting. it was my understanding this had been taken care of." Although I have telephoned the company and emailed the owner since I have received no response nor have I received my refund.

I have contacted the appropriate Better Business Bureau (BBB) regarding this company but since macLEDS is not a member they do not seem to be concerned. It is also worth noting that macLEDS is already rated with a "F" by the BBB due to a previous complaint.
