MACYS CREDIT CARD FRAUD FORT LAUDERDALE Nationwide

 Macy's Credit Card Fraud

i am writing this to alert anyone reading of this Macy's fraud department.

it works like this, when you buy any products from Macy's they ask you if you wanted to signup for their credit card so i advised the sales rep i applied online so she stated as long as you have florida ID and input my social sercurity in the keypad

and immediately my account is activated and but never received the actual card so i called to ask how long does it takes

for a card to be mailed out cause 10days as already passed and still no card so now i  wait another week for the card still no

card so as im waiting on the line system tells me i have a $50 avail bal after i only used $69 off the card to find the card

is being used and i never received it. so i called Macy's fraud department to get this clear so they mailed me out fraud forms

that took 2weeks to come so i filled out the forms with a police report and so they advised me it will take 30-60days to

resolve now it's been 90day so i called to find out the status to find out that the paperwork was filed on a closed acct

that i never had. now i have to send in forms for a different acct this is some BS never sending me any type of information

regarding my claim Now this has affect my credit score because that entire department does not know what is what and who is  who i advise anyone DO NOT APPLY FOR THERE CREDIT CARD...
