I had mailed my and my sons rebate forms on March 17th, 2005 and I have not received check. I have called number of time and been told that it is scheduled for final processing. It has been more than three months

Mad Dog made things right. Mad Dog recently switched rebate firms, and it was not a smooth transition.

I had a similar experience, but Mad Dog made things right. Mad Dog recently switched rebate firms, and it was not a smooth transition. I contacted the CFO, Adam Colton, and he researched my problem and resolved it by cutting me two checks; he was very embarrassed about the whole thing. I was very angry over the situation at first, but Mad Dog made things right. Karen McCauley who is the Director of marketing also handled my rebate issue. Contact them, and you will get your money. Mad Dog is an honest company, and despite my mail in rebate problems, I will continue to buy their products.

This web site is a good forum for venting problems with companies; however, if a company corrects your problem, make sure that you come back and give them credit and kudos for making things right. In the case of Mad Dog, I was very impressed by the immediate response to all my e-mails and the quick investigation into my rebate claim. This web site does not remove rip off reports, so update your report. While it is wrong for companies to rip off consumers, it is also wrong for consumers to give honest companies (like Mad Dog) bad press. By posting these negative reports you are hurting all the employees who do honest work. Choose your words carefully! Don't give up, it's Mad Dog, and they will not rip you off.
