Magic Jack LP Their web site completed my order on its own,charged my card,lied to me many times on the on line chat. Palm Beach Internet

Went on to magicjack.com to order the service. After two days of wondering why my laptop would not open their live chat window, I found out why.
It is a scam. After I put my credit card and address in the order form, I had to choose the one year or the 5 year. I stopped there and opened another browser to read more about what the 5 year gave me. I finally after numerous trys figured out that I had to type in the question box , live chat.
Asking the rep if the 5 year for 59.95 and the 1 year that came with the jack at 39.95 was a total of 6 years. The 39.95 stayed on the, on line order form even after the 59.95 5 year option was chosen. While asking this question, on the other sceen I had the order form on, was thanking me for my order! I did not choose what plan I wanted, I did not choose what shipping I wanted. I did not place the order and did not give them permission to charge my card.
I spent half the morning on line with a supposed customer service rep. Was lied to over and over about not knowing if the order was placed, then said no it was not, then said check in a day. Meanwhile I am on the phone with my bank and they are telling me they see the 1.00 charge being placed at that moment by magic jack. Bank said to tell them not to charge my card. Meanwhile I got the rep on chat telling me no order was placed. I never got the chat transcript emailed to me as promised. I have it printed and scanned.
Changed my bank card number and had the acct frozen. I was even told by the on line chat person GOD bless you. Would love to get this scanned transcript to you guys. Yes I filed a complaint with the BBB.
