The devise was defective and there's no number or any one to talk with, I got a rude person on their chat room name Grace because that's the only way to contact them, this person stated it was my fault it broke even thought the devise was poorly made and didn't work well. I do not recommend this Company to any one they are aware of that their devises fail and they make poor excuse why they cant replace it. I ask the agent to transfer me to a Manager first said there's no difference between her and a Manager and then when I insisted to talk with Manager after long period of no response she replied NOPE no manager and third time said The Manager refuse to talk with me. I ask her for the Dispute Dept and said there was none. It took me a good hour and half to chat this person because she kept not responding back for long period of time and eventually cut off the chat session. I check out online and it seems like lots of people are having trouble with this company. Beware of Magic Jack

I Have the Billing Department Phone Number

The Billing Dept. Phone Number is 281-404-1551. They are not any better than the so called online chat reps, but at least you know it's a real person. And, be careful, they will cuss you out, hang up on you, and they don't speak fluent English...Beware of Andrea and Allie/Ellie. Those two will try to tell you they are Supervisors, but they are not and Andrea will flat out cuss you out! My suggestion, call on Sundays because she is not there then. Good luck and if you get anywhere with this God for saken company let me know so I can take care of the Debit Card issue I have. (They charged my card for someone else's account and they tell me they cannot remove my card from that person's file...HA! I bet they do when I get ahold of a lawyer!)
