Installing Magic Jack last year was a totally counter productive effort with many wasted hours with and without customer service with no good results. Also, unfortuneately, I let their customer service try to fix my computer online. They just created problems with other programs on my machine without successfully installing Magic Jack.

I returned Magic Jack and finally got a refund. The problems they created were so bad that I finally got another computer. Now a year later they have charged my credit card $20.91. I have not been able to find an 800 number for them, only a pay number. I figure it is cheaper in time and money to let them steal the $20.91 and I am getting a new credit card.
