I have had magic jack for 1 year purchased for 39.95 renewals 19.95.  My magic jack has been off for 2 weeks. When I dialed the number, it says please call to renew so I renewed. I was told going to be charged 29.95 and that they sent a letter out. I never received an email stating such thing and they had my credit card on auto renew which I did not ask them to auto renew.  I have told them not to charge my credit card! This company is deceitful and a rip off they tell you one thing and do another! BUYER BEWARE!!!!   You will regret dealing with this company!
