I wish I had checked this organization out on your website before I ordered this product.

I too was suckered and experienced exactly the same issue as so many others.

We all thought we would get one screen door for $19.95 and also pay their exorbitant shipping/handling fee for $7.95 and just like all informercials say, that's not all, they were going to include one extra one FREE.

However, the FREE one is not totally free, and they charge $7.95 s/h fee which per their terms is non-refundable even if you return their product.  So they charge nearly 80% of the product cost as s/h fee, which probably means they still make a profit even if you return their product.

Secondly, I have ordered lots of stuff on the internet, but have never seen an ordering process like theirs in that there is no REVIEW of the total order (including all fees /taxes) so that you have one last chance to edit the order or stop it from going through.

Another strange process was they tell you will get one free with your order and ask if you want one more. Users think they are being asked whether they want the free extra one or not.  In actuality this company takes it that you ordered a second set, meaning 4 in all and they will charge you s/h for 4 times $7.95.  You only wise up when they show you the final bill (and no confirm/edit/cancel option).

Lastly, other websites show you a list of their other suggestions (like Amazon says people who ordered your item also ordered this and that) and let you decide on whether you wish to finish your order or add to your order. But this website, will present you one product at a time (and totally unrelated product at that too) and ask you if you want to CONTINUE in big bold bright color box, followed by a small print link for refusing that item.

So all in all this is a very treacherous website, and with such a bad taste, I knew their product could be the same.  That's why they resort to such gimmickry in the first place.

Just as I suspected, their product reviews showed that the product only performs as advertised when there is no breeze.  So there you go, bad product, means to get customers they needed a good informercial with no disclosure of its failings, and a gimmicky ordering process.

On top of all this their order states it will take 2 to 6 weeks to get the product! The $7.95 on most other web-sites gets you next day delivery.

Lastly you cannot even see your product status until 24-48 hours elapsed.  I was about to even cancel my credit card, but that would be more pain to then inform all the companies that I have given the card # to pay my bills automatically.

Fortunately, and this is the only silver lining in this whole experience, I was able to wait 36 hours, and saw the orderstatus come up with thankfully an option to CANCEL order.

Guess what there's a gimmick in that too. If you click on CANCEL, at first they offer you $5 discount if you DON'T cancel.  Be sure that you don't fall for this and click the wrong button, or else they will be laughing their way to the bank.  Take your time and read the options carefully, so that you click on the right button.  This web-site makes money off people who are in a hurry, or not computer savvy or literate enough to understand their convoluted ordering and cancellation process.

Their PO BOX is 3179 and if you are in Wallingford, CT 06494, you can ask the Post office for who is behind that PO BOX and their physical street address.  I hope that state's attorney general tracks them down and ensures that these unscrupulous people don't ever start a new business for the rest of their lives.

#1 Consumer Suggestion

I think you should have read the order page a bit more carefully

AUTHOR: Ken - (USA)

Here's a copy of the bottom of the order page:

"Step 3 - Place Order

Send Me:  The Magic Mesh door cover set today for only $19.95 plus $7.95 P&H and get a second set FREE! Just pay additional $7.95 P&H. Each set contains two panels.

How many Buy One, Get One Free sets would you like to order?
The underlining is mine.
Select Quantity: 123456"

If you order one set, you get one "free" (+ add'l P&H)..$19.95 + $7.95 x 2 = $15.90 and total $35.85.

If you order two sets (4) the total is $71.70.   You mis-read it.
They extras could be used as gifts. good luck.
