Far too many problems about this company to list without rambling on.
Customer service is non-existent.
Wish I would have read the reviews before I ordered this for my three year-old grand-nephew.
Stay far away from this company. What a scam.

- . They gave me customer service #844-463-1127 or 800-793-5469 both are bogus numbers rings once and gives a fast busy.
- Called the sales number 800-431-0493 had to not speak or push any buttons got to a gentlemen would not give me his name and explained my situation, but he stated that he has nothing to do with Magic Tracks site he is an indpendent call center.
- Then I call the Canada number 866-278-3524 after calling twice I finally got a live person (Sue) and they state they have nothing to do with magic track even though you can purchase from them on this site. They said that USA magic track called Blue Telagram.
- I have sent out 2 emails to 'MagicTracks@rephelpdesk.com'; 'MagicTrackscs@worldpackusa.com' but cannot seem to get a response.
- I have ordered on 12/02/2016. No response went to the Order status completely different page http://ontel.worldpackusaorderstatus.com/index.php/product does not state there is any issues but it never changes.
- I attempted to find Blue Telagram but nothing comes up .
THIS IS AN OBVIOUS SCAM TO GET YOUR CREDIT CARD INFORMATION. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AT ALL. YOU CAN PURCHASE THE MAGIC TRACKS AT Toys R Us!
I would like to find out how I can cancel my order and have my information destroyed.
