Magicjack Phone Service charged my credit card and never provided the product Nationwide

My husband and i seen the advertisement on TV, and then we received a paper advertisement in the newspaper. We thought that this must be ok, so i called magicjack a few days later. The recording went thru saying that they were the best product used for calling local and long distance for only 39.95. then the man speeking said he would put me througt to sharon, i thought i would be talking to a person, not a recording. The recording sharon said we would have a 30 day free trial, I figure ok, if we don't like it we could send it back, wrong.

It was'nt 30min later they had charged my credit card for $46.90. Not the $39.95 that they said in there TV commercial or in the ad. All this had transpired on Dec 16 08, i tryed going on the web site and sending a email, but no such luck. I went to the site they provided to talk to a live person that we could chat, and the site keep throwing me out saying i was not logged in. I tryed several times with no such luck.

I finily had enough i called my credit card company and told them what had happend, they told me that they the credit card company would credit back the money and they would go aflter magicjack for what they had done. So anyone wanting to get magicjack be advised you will get ripped off big time. We know first hand, this was the first time we had ever ordered any thing from TV or an ad.

We still to this day have not heard from magicjack, it has been amost a month and we have not received anything from them. They told us it would take 7 to 10 working days. So consumers beware don't buy this product they will rip you off.
