I worked for Magnolia Graphics for almost two years and excelled in every field they had. I won plenty of contest they offered and won large amounts of money that they never paid.
When I left they sent me a letter of the checks they owed which included the check numbers and amounts. Two of which were payroll checks. Never received anything!
I filled a report with the bankrupt court and checked back with them from time to time over the next few years but always got the run around.
This company caused my credit to go downhill and I'm still trying to rebound from it.

I worked for this company from June of 2001 to the end of August of 2001. I received ONE paycheck from these people! I was told that if I didn't drop off any FedEx packages with the production then I wouldn't get paid, even though their advertisement in the local paper said BASE SALARY of $26,900. I was never reimbursed for any of my travel expenses, the weekend I had to go to Memphis, Tennessee for some required convention, nothing. I had to travel 100+ miles one-way, which was certainly not to be the case.
If anyone knows of any class-action suit going on against this company, please let me know!!!!! I think these people owe me about 5 paychecks. I wouldn't care if it was just a fraction of what I was owed, I would like to get some kind of reimbursement. I may not even qualify for anything, but I would like to check into it. They made me feel like I was a total idiot because some of the time, I didn't get anyone signed up with their community directories. There were towns I went to where the name "Magnolia Graphics" left a bad taste in people's mouths - because they PAID for their advertisement and never saw anyone else!
