Maintenance Engineering - Good selling Maintenance Engineering! - 3001 University Drive S Fargo, North Dakota

I joined them (Maintenance Engineering) on 12/08/09 and setup a time for the conference-training program for the 17^th of December. I being unemployed for over six months had to sell some personal property to join the program at $495. I was desperate for an opportunity for anything that could produce employment. On day one of the training there already seemed to be some kind of Tony Robbins approach that bothered me. I have been in the technical filed for over thirty years and thought my expertise was going to be an assets. That is not what they are looking for. If you can sell cars then youre in like flint. After the first week of training I was still whiling to continue because of the financial commitment I made. There where some questions I asked during the training that did not seem correct so I started researching the lighting industry and the components used so I had a better understanding of the products sold by this company and their competition. That is when I discovered sites like this one that post complaints. After three hours of reading this site and others I was sick to my stomach and could not sleep that night. Come Monday the 21st in writing to the Human Resource department of Maintenance Engineering and my trainer I past on the allegations I has found and ask them for an explanation. My answer was given that afternoon by finding a new posting on Carrerbuilders.com for my positions in my area dated the 21^st the same day. I wish I had seen this site before hand. All I did was give money I did not have to someone who is willing to tell me what I wonted to hear. I would like to ad that on my first day in the filed for selling (day three of the training) I came across companies that already had three light build salesmen in before me. I feel for the next one in my area that they snag this week with the new job posting, because now they will be told they are numbers four! At any other time in my carrier I would of never even thought of selling light bulbs. But when the wolfs are at the door, desperation is not your friend good selling Maintenance Engineering!!!!!!
